Calculating the Amount Due

When making a payment by credit card, you will need to add 3% to the "cash discounted" original amount due. To figure the amount due, take the original amount due and multiply it by 1.03 and that will give you the credit card payment amount due.

For instance, if you need to pay a deposit of $1,000. Your credit card payment would be $1,030 ($1,000 x 1.03 = $1,030). If your share of the rent is $333.33, then you would pay $343.33 ($333.33 x 1.03 = $343.33) by credit card.

You do not need to be signed up or have an account with PayPal already to make credit card payments.

2. Click on "Send Money"
3. To: paypal@santinos.com
4. From: your email address (you do not need to have a PayPal account already)
5. Amount: Enter the amount due (original amount x 1.03 = amount due, see above section for details)

7. Click "Continue"
8. Complete the form on the next page.
